With her new solo music performance “verWIRrt”, Scharmien opens up a transcultural symbiosis of artificial and emotional intelligence. Folkedelic songs are combined with dreamy and dark electronics. With lyrics in German, English, Spanish and fantasy language, Scharmien sings about the hopes and dreams, and upheaval of the times, which she celebrates and fights against at the same time.

“verWIRrt” is a mixture of songwriting and electro-acoustic compositional performance, which she describes as folkedelic art. The live set consists of voice, guitar and computer, with Scharmien opening up perspectives for the audience to embrace change and leave the apocalypse behind.
